If the visitor is staying downtown, the project must be near to downtown....not Avon.

It will not be 2-3 yrs. Talked with some staff at Fahrenheit, they were thinking fall or by the end of the year.

I remember KJP telling Mr Whalen how much we all loved the orange cladding on phase one. Maybe he'll consider an orange shade for phase two......a nice Cleveland Browns theme.

Do we know if this will be timber frame also?

Maxwell's was a bar music club in the basement of that building. Yes, it did burn down in a fire.....but don't recall the year.

Ken, I expect (hope) to see seven high/mid rise buildings under construction in 2021. Intro, City Club, Library Lofts, UC apartment building, Viaduct, and two Sherwin Williams buildings. Some may just be in the dirt moving phase but........What do you think? More? Less?

Whatever happened with the re-cladding of the Stonebridge condo building? It was part of a settlement of a law suit brought by the HOA.

Agreed. love the pre-shovel activity. I also agree that if it happens it will be at the least an entertaining design. It's just a Stark thing for me.

Second building now has two floors up atop the concrete podium. No siding up yet on either building. Slow progress, but looks great so far.

Agree 100% that 73rd needs a 4 way stop at that location.
