Cleveland: Downtown: Justice Center Complex Replacement
Transporting prisoners is not an 'inconvenience', it is a serious security concern. That's why the jail should be connected to the courts.

Cleveland: University Circle (General): Development and News
I thought it was UCI and Case that bought it.

Cleveland: Which Project Will Be Next and Why
Thanks for that info sixthcity. Maybe I'll change also. I actually think that Marous' building on Detroit will be first. This is due to the success of Mariner's Watch right next door.

Cleveland: Which Project Will Be Next and Why
Well here we are 5 months later and NOW, how would you rate the prospects for the many projects in the works? I think we can add Marous Bros. building on Detroit and put Intessa back into the questionable category. My thought is that Brickman's Duck Island project is #1 and FEB office bldg. #2. I really trust UCI and so One Cle Ctr is #3. Lakefront is last.

Actually they are only one floor above the podium The podium is 90 feet-4 floors. Above the podium the floors should be a more standard size. Aprox 11-12 feet each.

Cleveland: Restaurant News & Info
Ate at Crop Kitchen few nights back. This is the old Accent space in Uptown. Food was good, prices very reasonable, poured a good drink and they did a nice job redoing what was a cool decor for Accent. Plus they have complimentary valet parking! Also I might add that Uptown was really bustling....much more so than before. With CIA addition and potentially Intesa around the bend, this will really be hopping.

Cleveland: Ohio City: Development and News
There was an ambitious proposal years ago for a gay friendly apt building SE corner of 28th and Detroit......several floors if I recall. Perhaps something similar on that same empty lot.

Cleveland: Which Project Will Be Next and Why
FWIW I'd put Stark's project last. Not only because of the size....but I can't get past Pesht. All hype no action.

Greater Cleveland Sports Commission News & Info
Not a knock on the Cleveland open...just thought it is odd that it is not in Cle but at Lakewood CC which is NOT in Lakewood but in Westlake. Other than some metroparks courses, I can't think of any courses in Cle proper.

Cleveland: Detroit-Shoreway / Gordon Square Arts District: Development News
Sorry no pictures.....but Mariner's Watch second floor framing is nearly complete. It is already apparent that this building will have a great street presence. I believe/hope it's the first of many new apts on Detroit

By the way, how is Mariner's Watch coming along? Haven't been that way for several weeks.

Cleveland: Downtown: Hilton Cleveland
So apparently the 27 floor hotel has won out over the 16 floor model. Can't wait to see renderings.
