Munson Township: Fowler's Mill Golf Course
AS you may know by now, this is a dead deal. The EPA will NOT fund this project. The course will remain open with the current layout intact. Hooray for Pete Dye and all local golfers.

Munson Township: Fowler's Mill Golf Course
This is wrong in so many ways! Why would you bulldoze a classic course which must employ at least 50 people. I would bet that there is a cheaper way to keep fertilizer out of the Chagrin River. Stuff like this makes my head spin.

The next set of townhomes has started. Just some dirt scraped and stakes set, but it's at least underway.

Cleveland: University Circle: Cleveland Clinic Developments
While on vacation, I saw a blurb in USA Today stating that the Clinic announced a $25 mill. lab that could employ up to 2,000 people. There was no mention of the location, but I assume it's MC or Mid-Town. Anyone have any info on this?

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
I've been away, so sorry if this has been discussed....but Jacobs hinted that an out of town tenant was possible. Does anyone know if this is in the works and if so is it way out of town or a suburban co. moving in?

Why do I always think of Prof. Harold Hill, when I listen to Stark?

Cleveland: Downtown: The Avenue District
I noticed, but it looked like maybe only the western end of the building was going to be demolished. The eastern half of the building looked like it was occupied.

Cleveland: Stonebridge Phase 5
Also, don't forget how poorly run Ponte Vechio was initially. Let's give them some time, but not a free pass.

Cleveland survey question
Oops, sorry about that partial post. 1) Gateway...the Indians would not be in Cleveland and Lebron would be in Richfield. 2) Stonebridge 3) University Circle expansions. I think that Euc Corridor and Flats East Bank could potentially be greater impact than all of the rest.

Cleveland: Flats East Bank
Also, they talk about 'an iconic' residential building at the mouth of the river....I don't see that in the drawings available. Obviously these are just massings and shouldn't be judged yet.

Cleveland: Cuyahoga County Gov't properties disposition (non-Ameritrust)
I, for one, am happy that the county is getting out of this. As noted over and over in this forum, this was a botched effort from day one. Here's to a fresh start with a renovated tower!
