  1. ^ Can you even use these things to chase people ?
  2. People actually gather signatures for a living. I would imagine they have a tendency towards mental illness. I would imagine tearing up somebody's voter registration is illegal, tho.
  3. ^I am sure her insurance company will find a way to hose her but even if they give her top dollar - that stuff just isn't lying around out there waiting to be bought. Those places are almost like museums.

  6. He was Brown's boy for brokering the Bengals stadium deal with the county. His work to "streamline" the lawmaking process by limiting debate seems sorta undemocratic, too.

"There are mirrors on the moon. Astronauts left them so that laser beams could be bounced off of them from Earth. These beams help give us the distance to the moon give or take a few metres. Apple 8GB iPhone components 'cost $220' By Tony Smith 6th July 2007 09:53 GMT Apple's 4GB iPhone costs $200 in components to make. The 8GB model's parts total just $20 more. So claims US market watcher and device stripper-down Portelligent. Of course, Portelligent's numbers - relayed by BusinessWeek - only cover the parts, not the cost off putting them together, shipping the finished product, marketing and, crucially, the cost of the software that makes the iPhone sing. But it shows Apple is in a good position to make money on the device. Whether you accept the more conservative sales estimates or the most bullish figures, there's no doubt Apple has sold a fair few iPhones since the device went on sale almost a week ago. Clearly, the high price of the handset is not putting buyers off to the extent that some observers anticipated it would. Portelligent's analysis follows its own disassembly of Apple's device, just one of many that surfaced in the days following the iPhone's debut. According to the breakdown, the iPhone's touchscreen, said to be made by Germany's Banda, is the most expensive component, coming in at approximately $60 a pop. While the handset is understood to be powered by a Samsung-made ARM chip, a peek a the firmware apparantly reveals the CPU to contain an integrated PowerVR MBX graphics chip. Samsung licensed the MBX design from developer Imagination Technologies a few years back. http://www.reghardware.co.uk/2007/07/06/iphone_part_prices/

  12. This case could be similar to the Marx Bros v Warner Bros Casablanca case or even weirder as there are already other organizations called Citizens for Community Standards out there that are probably more in line with the agenda of the CCV. Cincy group: Hey, that's OUR name A conservative Sharonville Christian group that succeeded in getting the state Legislature to place new restrictions on strip clubs is accusing an opposition group of copying its name to confuse the public over a ballot initiative. The law, which takes effect Sept. 4, prohibits patrons from touching strippers and halts nude dancing after midnight. The statewide crackdown cleared the Republican-controlled Legislature in May and was allowed to become law by Democratic Gov. Ted Strickland without his signature. Strip club owners and other opponents are trying to overturn the law by collecting enough signatures to place the issue on the November ballot. They call themselves Citizens for Community Standards, a swipe at Sharonville-based Citizens for Community Values, the religious group that pushed for the restrictions. Read More...

It's been my experience that women like being treated like crap. Of course, they will never admit it. While, "Make me a sandwich" might result in a "f*ck you, *sshole", It still makes them smile. Go figure. ducking....... :-)
  17. Should be a lot of politicians and ballots to sign this year, too ! (oboy) The Cinti Rollergirls usually show up for the fourth. Last year's festival (3rd) was fairly amazing. The lines for beer were insane but the Northside Tavern and Boswell Alley and Jacob's are only a block or two away and the 5th Amendment is right across the street. uh, not that I am advocating drinking.......

Union workers & trades workers pretty much have a cap on their earnings. For a professional, there really is no cap. A young person in a trade/union job makes good money early on with a small investment in learning his job. A pro makes a more substantial investment at the outset and frequently doesn't make much in his first years on the job. and no, I am not talking about absolutes.
