By my bistro math, this omes out to $200 - $300 per acre per cutting. Seems kinda high to me. Wouldn't this work out to about $70 - $100 to cut a regular suburban lawn ? Isn't the mayor looking for summer jobs for kids ?- Cincinnati Oakley Website

Has anybody tried to buy a property from 3CDC ? There is not much incentive to rehab a building that is surrounded by run down vacant shells owned by a variety of people. Just having one owner (3CDC) commited to fixing the area up could help get individual rehabbers to commit to the neighborhood. Or, maybe I am too optimistic. (not usually one of my problems)- How environmentally conscious are you?
I just got a couple of those fluorescent light bulbs to replace a burned out porch light only to find out the cover wasn't big enough. :-) no car, use a reel lawnmower, recycle, re-use grocery bags (paper and plastic), don't eat fast food much, use a citrus based degreaser on the bike, no fertilizer, rarely use insecticides. As you can imagine, my lawn looks like crap. :-)- What Are You Riding
