Murray was asking how CAF has "spent so much money" even though we don't have a finished streetcar yet. Apparently she doesn't understand that these are custom-made vehicles that take months to build. She must think you can just stroll down to WalMart and pick up a streetcar off the shelf. thanks - she seems more clueless every day.

I hadn't seen this, Nell Surber passed away 12/9/13 She served many years as Director of Economic Development for the City of Cincinnati and also served in the early 90’s on the Cincinnati City Council.
