Ohio congressman urges help for zoo's rhino effort Rep. Steve Chabot, R-Cincinnati, who chairs the House subcommittee on Asia and the Pacific, recently wrote a letter with other House members to the Indonesian government asking that rhinos be shipped here for the Cincinnati Zoo's breeding program.
