What's the rumor exactly? Rivers isn't happy about the idea that the Bolts could "bolt" for L.A. So the rumor is he's reluctant to resign. IMHO Rivers would do just fine in the AFC North. He's like a better version of Joe Flacco, though I think Flacco's arm is a bit stronger. His record in December, if I remember correctly is astounding... something like 33-6. But I don't think Rivers or the Chargers are going anywhere. Not resigning him would cause a fan revolt here in SD. I read that he wasn't sure how much longer he would play and it seemed like he was contemplating retirement in the near future. I wouldn't mind having him though.

Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
They might of placed it here because it can get used year round when placed in TC without the hassle of moving it constantly due to rain and/or snow. That idea you pitched is smart though. It is actually going to be outside, in front of the TC entrance Ohhh i thought it would be inside in the main entrance. My mistake.

Pittsburgh's new Hotel Monaco, a Kimpton property, is quirky, cool -- and coming to Cleveland PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania - Walk into a Hotel Monaco and you're supposed to feel like you're entering the home of a world traveler. Pittsburgh's newest downtown hotel may be of particular interest to Clevelanders - even Clevelanders who never go to Pittsburgh -- because Cleveland is among the next in line to get its own version of this world traveler's home.Cleveland's own Kimpton hotel - it has not been given a name yet; Monaco is one of two principal brands that fly the Kimpton flag - will open later this year at East Ninth Street and Euclid Avenue, in the historic Schofield Building. http://www.cleveland.com/travel/index.ssf/2015/02/pittsburghs_new_hotel_monaco_a.html#incart_related_stories- Cleveland Browns Discussion
My exact thoughts, i feel as though this was too hyped to just be a different shade of Orange. I'm probably looking to much into it though.- Cleveland Browns Discussion
"Our updated helmet logo is reflective of today's modern Cleveland - the design honors the past while evolving into the future. The iconic brown and white stripes stand tall over the orange helmet - a new orange color that matches the passion of the Dawg Pound. The new brown facemask represents the strength and toughness of Cleveland." - Cleveland Browns.com So are they saying modern Cleveland is dull and boring?- Cleveland Browns Discussion
Wow, I'm done. We can't even do our logo right.- Cleveland: Natural History Museum Renovation and Expansion
Very nice, now lets see if they deliver design wise on that 300 space parking garage.- Cleveland Browns Discussion
HIGHLY unlikely especially since the face mask is getting changed in that image and the helmet isn't getting dramatically changed from the traditional look, that would be a complete change.- Cleveland: Retail News
Hasn't been since the Innerbelt was put in I haven't been in Linda's, but Superette used to be a common term for a small grocery store, though. So if they're basing there date off of business names from a list, I could see where they would think so. Just read about it, shame because it was such a dense neighborhood. Would have made such a nice mixed use neighborhood with housing and retail.- Cleveland: Retail News
Never knew there was a Big Italy neighborhood.- Cleveland: Downtown: The 9 / Rotunda / County Admin Development
Ignoring the entire purpose of the article, I feel like this article shows pictures of the new grocery store, or at least I haven't seen them. http://www.cleveland.com/faces-of-the-suns/index.ssf/2015/02/post_23.html#incart_river- Greater Cleveland RTA News & Discussion
This is not a red line station correct? EDIT: Never mind question answered.- Cleveland Browns Discussion
Regardless of the fact that we don't have good luck drafting first round talent the last 2-3 years the browns have had more pro bowl talent actually make the pro bowl than in years past. Eye for first round talent? Not so much. Eye for talent period? Seeing how many people have been selected to the pro bowl in recent years a legit argument could be made that we at least have that.- Cleveland: Campus District
I'd rather have a building that is shorter, that wraps around and interacts with virtually all sides of the street than an 11 story building that will look dated (IMO) very quickly. I don't want a "good enough" building i want a building that will look as though it will last for years to come and can be talked about positively.- Cleveland: Campus District
Brutal, no other way to describe it.- Cleveland: Flats East Bank
I actually prefer the preliminary design posted by the PD. - Cleveland: Downtown: Euclid & 9th Tower / Schofield Building Redevelopment
