Cleveland: University Circle: Centric Development (formerly Intesa)
One subtle thing that I like with this project is the touches of blue that they have added, I like that they aren't going to have any bland beige building, it gives it a pop. I also like that the building has a wave like effect, it makes the building stand out even more, and is not something you see often here. Also the street presence is always nice.

Cleveland Browns Discussion
The funny thing is we play better against good/great teams, we rarely get blown out so it should be an interesting game.

NFL: General News & Discussion
This might be a cultural issue. Who didn't get whooped by a switch when they were young back-in-the-day? I mean, it sucks that it caused broken skin/bruising but let's be real, Joe Jackson and the rest of our parents and grandparents would be charged with "child abuse" if that were to happen. For the record, I'm not saying violence is the answer in disciplining children as I'm strongly anti-violence. It definitely is a cultural issue, while I was reading the story and what he supposedly did to his son, my first thought was "so what did he do wrong?" I received similar punishment as a child with belt whooping's etc.

NFL: General News & Discussion
There is an Associated Press report that the NFL received the Ray Rice video in April, even though they say otherwise. It keeps getting worse for Goodell and the NFL.

Cleveland: Downtown: The Centennial (925 Euclid Redevelopment)
Quick question I thought the address in the story was 925 Euclid Ave.

Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
I was always envious of the Pier on Chicago's North Side, and would love to see one here but not the full 85 acres though.

Cincinnati: Looking North on Walnut
Love the Density and East Coast style architecture that parts of Cincinnati has, wish that style was throughout Cleveland.

Greater Cleveland RTA News & Discussion
So since the red line system is about 19 miles it would cost $57 million to replace the catenary systems for the red line alone?

Sad to see Lewis go I was a fan of his, and thought he could do well but that broken leg really set him back.

Cleveland Rapid Rail Construction Projects (Non-Service Issues)
That parking lot would look great with housing and retail on it.

Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
How realistic would it be to finish the Tower City redevelopment? If I'm not mistaken there was to be a residential tower added before the Neiman Marcus deal fell apart.

Cleveland: University Circle (General): Development and News
CWRU finally has a heart of a campus. CIT and WRU are finally united after all these years :) Can Cleveland State borrow the architects that designed this? Beautiful building.

Cleveland: University Circle: Cleveland Clinic Developments
Is it too much to ask for ground floor retail and built up to the sidewalk, or at least the latter.

Cleveland: Upper Chester: Development and News
^Agreed

Cleveland: Midtown: Development and News
Hopefully they will turn this into a mixed use corridor to allow the foot traffic to both continue into UC and Downtown and/or allow foot traffic to spill from the two aforementioned districts into Midtown to allow connectivity. If it was just businesses it will look nice but after 4 O'clock the area will look dead. I have hope that they would do it right but only time will tell.

Cleveland: University Circle: Cleveland Clinic Developments
So instead on me going to the S building I will go to R instead?

Cleveland: Streetscape Improvements
Since LRT doesn't seem to be an option anytime soon I think this is an excellent alternative, due to them being on bikes it would also in turn add a lot more feet on the street (eventually). Hopefully this would lead to redevelopment.

With the skyline design, would our jersey change whenever our skyline changes?

Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
I wonder if the 50 percent stake in the avenue will lead to a change in the mall management group to get potentially more attractive stores.

Cleveland Browns Discussion
Meh. Only if Gordon is suspended for any length of time. But there's a reason Pettine hasn't jumped at Holmes. Pettine has seen what Holmes is like in the locker room when he was the DC for the Jets. Well apparently we have shown interest in him so I guess they are willing to roll the dice now.
