  1. Perfect timing for the P.S reconstruction and should definitely add some energy to the area.
  2. Since the 70s though the amount of raw sewage in the lake has dropped from 9 billion gallons to 4.5 billion now, and due to the new drainage systems being built it is expected to drop to 500 million by 2035. Bright side? Glass half full?
  3. Maybe the files became corrupted but I don't see anymore photos just squares.
  4. Looking at the for lease sign in the old Cadillac Ranch space it says there is leasing space up to 20,000 sq ft.

They can walk and chew gum at the same time, especially with all the cap space they have. If they don't pursue free agents, be it Lebron or anyone else, then they are negligent. I just don't think they should trade Wiggins on hope that Lebron comes back, I agree that they should aggressively pursue free agents especially with nearly $30 million in the bank.

The Cavs need not focus on LeBron it's a long shot that he comes and we need to focus on building with what we have.

    Andrew Wiggins, I like it.
  8. Also as someone mentioned earlier this isn't an ordinary route this is a special route designed for specific buses to drive on it, and given how high profile of a route it is, if they had Healthline buses ready to go I'm sure they would place them on the route instead of the standard bus.
  9. Why would you think the HL vehicles are anywhere near the end of their life useful cycle?? That statement/question has me perplexed. I think believe the Clifton stations are appropriate for the surrounding architecture. The non historic Shaker Rapid stations shelters should be rebuilt using this design. Just my self-analysis, the buses continuously break down and sometimes have to have regular 2200-2800 series buses replace them which to me indicates that they are having problems keeping the HL buses on the road due to maintenance issues. The HL buses probably will age faster due to them being used 24/7 so heavy mileage use is beginning to catch up to it in my opinion. Also due to heavy usage the interiors are starting to show age, ramps are being duct taped, the LED indicators don't work half the time as well. Mechanically the buses sound loud an atrocious, especially given the type of route it represents. As I stated earlier from my self-analysis I feel like even though the buses are literally half way through their life cycle they will need to be replaced sooner than other RTA buses. I'm not speaking from an experts point of view though only my opinion. Yesterday I saw a regular bus and one of the new Clifton BRT vehicles (currently acting as East side red line) both acting as the healthline. The healthline vehicles have many issues. Does anyone have any facts to these claims? the lines been open 4 years. I find it hard to believe the vehicles have "many issues". Having different vehichles running as healthlines during the middle of the day that weren't designed for it such as the 2200-2800 and the new Clifton bus isn't proof enough? That shows me that they don't have enough buses that are driveable at that moment that can step in, because if they did they would dead head that bis to where ever the broken bus is and pick up the patrons from the broken down bus. Also it's been 6 years and this isn't the first time that has had to occur, different buses have had to step in as HLs multiple times before. (Not trying to sound rude)

Report: Cleveland Cavs Split on Jabari Parker, Andrew Wiggins for No. 1 Pick | Bleacher Report http://teamstre.am/1maRntT The best I could do on my phone, scroll down and read the story updates.

Just saw a story that says Dan Gilbert wants to draft Andrew Wiggins but the Front office wants Parker. Hearing that the FO + Mike Brown wanted Bennett while Gilbert wanted Oladipo I hope Gilbert puts his foot down on this one.
  12. I understand what your saying but I think this building is a bad choice. That parking is hideous and doesn't protect your car from anything. It's not heated. If you're going to do parking included, it should be done like the John Hancock Center, which is similar to the Ameritrust photo DM4 shows above. However, this being on PS, and with all the lots in the area, it would hope this comes without needing parking. What would you do whenever those lots around PS become developed?

I actually think Parker is a better fit with LBJ, as interchangeable 3's and 4's. But they aren't going to draft based on a fit with Lebron. Not at #1 and not with such a small chance he returns. I'm interested to know exactly why so many favor Wiggins so clearly over Parker. I really want to like the kid, but I'm having so much trouble getting on board. Watch this highlight video from his freshman year at Kansas. If I watched closely enough, he goes left and finishes left exactly two times and both were the type of swoop shots that won't work in the NBA nearly as well. He didn't beat the defender off the dribble on those occasions. He sometimes finishes left off a spin after he got past the defender going right. Yes, he is a super explosive athlete..... much like Gerald Green. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OI-92Zxce6g I'm worried that Parker has a tweener body so there is question where he fits in, he came to the workout out of shape, 11% body fat, it reminds me too much of what we have with Bennett. Not to mention even though it might not be true it's too much to risk when it comes to his willingness to play in Cleveland. No one wants to potentially waste a pick on someone that may or may not want to play here.

Apparently there's a rumor that LeBron likes the idea of a sign and trade to the Clippers, but the Heat won't do it.
  15. Thank you all for the explanation, I understand so much more now.
  16. When looked at from that perspective it makes having more restaurants easier to accept. THANKS!
  17. While I'm happy for some sort of use on the ground floor, another restaurant makes me worry that the restaurant market is becoming over saturated downtown, which could cause closures.
  18. Well do you think Midtown is a desirable area? It is located directly in between the two most vibrant and up and coming areas in Cleveland and some would argue the state and has a good amount of vacant land. As far as the other neighborhoods are concerned is it possible to do what was done with heritage Lane and renovate the houses Instead of demolition? The east side especially 105th and Lee Avenue have large houses that sit empty and would look great with so extreme elbow grease.

Listening to ESPN it seems like Bosh loves living on Miami and will choose the team again with or without LeBron.

    LeBron has opted out....

x2. Very happy they also added Lue. As for Savannah James, or Lebron's reported dust-up with Pat Riley, there's too many things pointing to Lebron leaving Miami and possibly returning home to be simply ignored. If he does return, I think we need one more player (in addition our top draft pick) to bring here to be a championship-competitive team. Lance Stephenson? :)
  22. Hopefully they include restrooms in this station so the station itself doesn't turn into a big restroom like the previous station seems to have been.
  23. I think a parking structure like 515 Euclid at the bottom would be perfect here due to how it incorporates retail and is still visually appealing while still having a mixed used 30-35 story structure on top to bring the total to 35 or 40 stories. I feel like since this is the missing piece to the square and the other 3 structures are tall, then this building has to has some height on it to not seem small in comparison.

Hearing Jabari Parker was out of shape and missing shots in his workout worries me, especially with what happened with Bennett, BUT hearing that Wiggins wants to go to Philly (Why can't draft prospects just SHUT UP about things like this) puts the Cavs in a hard spot in my opinion.
  25. I wonder if he's using an iDevice? (snicker) He says that he doesn't take the pictures originally for UO but for Instagram
