Cincinnati: Downtown: Ingalls Building
I would have liked to see this go residential... would have been a good market test without dedicated parking. Plus there is no shortage of older office space in the CBD, especially with residential demand so high right now some buildings being converted would be great. Specifically Ingalls Building, 4th and Walnut Center, and Tri State Building all seem like great candidates. I would assume this is scrapped due to the inability to win state tax credits? I was kind of surprised by that as well due to the historical significance of the building. I don’t think condos would work there without dedicated parking. Especially at the price point they estimated on trying to sell them at. People buying $300K+ condos will keep a car and want a dedicated place to put it.

The sign I saw said it was closed due to unities issues. They don't have central air in there.

Cincinnati: Downtown: Fourth & Race (Pogue Garage) Redevelopment
correct me if i am wrong but isn't it true that demo on the garage would not start until the tower place mall garage opens?

Cincinnati: Downtown: Holiday Inn
I believe the city would own the garage. The 12 million dollar loan would have been forgiven if the developer kept the grocery store open for 5 years.

Looks like they have started some onsite demo work already. I'll see if I can get a picture today.

Cincinnati: Walnut Hills: Windsor School & Property Redevelopment
What I find most interesting other then the remodel of the old building, is that they are going to build a new 3 story building as well. It should be interesting to see how they make that work, especially sitting so close to such a beautiful building.

Cincinnati: Downtown: The Banks
The rendering is on the parking lot across the street from where the proposed hotel, parking garage/apartment tower are planned to be on 8th and sycamore. Overall, I like the look of the building. Even though site wasn't selected it is good to know they are activity marketing that piece of land.

Cincinnati: Downtown: The Banks
Channel 5 news at 6:00 was showing renderings of a building tonight, with a GE logo on it. Not sure if it was the actual building or another GE building. They also stated it will be placed in the open space next to the freedom center.

Cincinnati: Downtown: The Banks
Maybe they will completely re-work one of the phases at the banks to accommodate the larger office building... For example not doing the phase 2 apartments and put the office building there and move phase 2 apartments to the phase 1 office building or completely redo phase 3 and push it up in schedule.

Cincinnati/NKY International Airport
I was fairly excited about this airline coming to CVG but after doing a quick price comparison at first glance their prices are cheaper. However, they charge $35 each way for 1 carry-on bag. With that additional cost they are barely cheaper if not the same price as the other carriers flying to my particular destination. Pretty disappointing.

Cincinnati: Downtown: The Banks
Did anyone on here actually go to this place? Their service was terrible. Probably one of the main reasons this place went under. If people experience bad service they rarely go back especially with so many other options downtown.

Cincinnati: Downtown: The Banks
What scared people away from this place is that the service is terrible. These worst service I have experienced at any downtown restaurant. With Johnny rockets coming in a close second. I gave Mahogany's three chances to provide decent services, each time it was terrible.
