Cincinnati/NKY International Airport
These low cost carriers are not any cheaper then any other airline. Once they nickel and dime you to death they end of being more or about the same as any other airline. The only advantage they have is that all of the flights are direct, which is nice since you can rarely get a direct flight any where out of CVG these days.

I lived in WH for 4 years in a condo. Wanted house in WH but there are never any solid single family homes on the market. All the houses are chopped up into apartments. It was disappointing because I liked living there. I moved to PR.

Cincinnati: Downtown: Heritage Bank Center
Maybe if they could get a state of the art facility on campus, but moving UC's arena off campus would be a mistake. I don't see how they'd get an 17k+ arena on campus. Plus, UC struggles to get 10,000 to games with the exception of bigger name teams, so playing in a 17k seat arena will give it an empty feeling. Maybe bringing them downtown would help increase attendance make it more of a destination instead of more geared towards students. Helping improve the image of the program and attract bigger name recruits.

I don't have any knowledge of the restaurant business. But don't they have insurance to cover this kind of stuff?

Cincinnati: Downtown: Heritage Bank Center
http://www.bizjournals.com/cincinnati/news/2015/07/28/u-s-bank-arena-exec-talks-about-how-to-pay-for.html Crazy to me that they are going to spend $200M on this and UC will spend +70M to renovate their arena. Pool your efforts and build a state of the art facility together.

Hence the "raising the roof to improve site lines" part of the project. It won't change the angle/ set back of the seating as you go higher. In newer arenas when you are higher you still get a nice view of the floor. This is not the case in older arenas.
