Also as they've expanded distribution, they've grown in popularity tremendously in other cities. As far as I can tell it's a pretty well respected brewery and held in a high regard by most.

We don't really have an Astoria Park here though. Eden maybe, but thats a hell of a walk for some people.

Its a decent size inside, I suppose they could remove the skate rink and do something with that space.

Well we're talking large groups of people that don't really have much regard for the law. Be my guest if you want to be the one calling the police. Sounds like a good way to get a target put on your back.

It's difficult to police when these gatherings happen almost nightly at the Shell and Grant Park. Especially when no one is explicitly doing anything illegal, it would be impossible to arrest 40 people an evening also. And if so, I'm sure these groups would find other places to party and what-not.

True, but it feels like I've been saying that for years. These developers still seem to only be interested in the profitability of a project over any kind of architectural context or character.

I lived around the corner from that Shell once, I hope it gets hit by a meteor.

Sure would be nice if these developers could design something with at least an ounce of inspiration. But here we are.
