  1. No it hasn't started. Not a word since the small building on Lorain that was supposed to be renovated with this project caught fire and was demolished.
  2. It's been a minute so reposting this as a reminder of the final design.
  3. ^ Could be an availability (backup) zone for one of the Columbus datacenters.
  4. A huge building, fortune 100 company, and relatively small number of employees could be a datacenter. Though the number of jobs is on the high side.
  5. I'm excited to see this finally get started. Feels like new construction starts have slowed quite a bit. Hopefully the second Circle Square tower starts next.
  6. I can see the silver lining of getting rid of the huge parking demand on the lakefront. But Cleveland sees it as a competing venue outside city limits that will draw events and dollars from downtown. Long term they should also see it as competition when the Cavs and Guardians ask for a new stadium and see an ocean of parking and related infrastructure in Brook Park.

  8. A couple articles in Crains about the Browns as well. Here's a shortened snippet from each: https://www.crainscleveland.com/sports-recreation/browns-brook-park-plan-draws-skepticism
  9. Pics and site plan for the UH "Iris S. and Bert L. Wolstein Center" at 11100 Euclid Ave. Starting at page 36. https://planning.clevelandohio.gov/designreview/drcagenda/2025/Euclid%20Buckeye%20DR/Slides-Euclid-Buckeye%20Design%20Review-May152025..pdf
  10. Same. We've been there a few times and liked it well enough. It's a fun vibe there.
  11. The new plan looks great. Just wish they could start the new terminal sooner, though I get it's contingent on demo'ing the existing garage. The cleveland.com article above mentions there are plans to relocate it next to the terminal.
  12. Here is the new routing from the video above. It seems like it could be continued south/southwest from here in the future.
  13. That's phenomenal.
  14. I saw Saosin open up for Taking Back Sunday at Nautica, got to be 10 years ago. I haven't followed them in years. I wonder if Green still has his voice.
