Cincinnati: Downtown: The Banks
I just had a question. If the Bengals and Hamilton County decided to go with a new stadium. Would it be smart to build right next to Paycor Stadium on the west side of it and obviously tear down Paycor and then you could expand the Banks with mix use development

The tallest hotel in Ohio is the Cleveland Hilton, standing at 374 feet/32 floors/600 rooms. The second tallest hotel in Ohio is the Columbus Hilton second tower standing at 361 feet/28 floors/463 rooms. Hopefully Cincinnati can top them with a 800 room hotel. But knowing how this city is scared of heights and probably be shorter than both Cleveland and Columbus

Cincinnati: Downtown: Convention Center / Hotel
Just spent the weekend in Columbus and noticed their new 34 story convention hotel. Definitely left me amazed how Columbus has came a long way in their urban core. I really hope Cincinnati has something up their sleeve for our future convention hotel

Unless I read this wrong, he said he hopes to make a deal in 9 to 12 months and it will take a year to build. That doesn't make any sense especially when you have to demo the existing building. Also I know they haven't came up with the size of the tower, but if it only takes a year to build, it's going to be pretty small and short

Also the Greater Cincinnati Foundation building right across the street from the Textile building and right next door to Whex garage is completely vacant as of last week- Cincinnati: Downtown: Convention Center / Hotel
Question: Does the city own Whex garage? I was wondering will they tear it down or keep it if they own it. I work for building management at the Textile Building and the owners are in thought of using it for parking for the Textile Building renovations into Condos/Apartments in the next year or so - Cincinnati: Downtown: Fourth & Race (Pogue Garage) Redevelopment
