Cincinnati: Downtown: The Banks
I just had a question. If the Bengals and Hamilton County decided to go with a new stadium. Would it be smart to build right next to Paycor Stadium on the west side of it and obviously tear down Paycor and then you could expand the Banks with mix use development

Cincinnati: Downtown: Convention Center / Hotel
The tallest hotel in Ohio is the Cleveland Hilton, standing at 374 feet/32 floors/600 rooms. The second tallest hotel in Ohio is the Columbus Hilton second tower standing at 361 feet/28 floors/463 rooms. Hopefully Cincinnati can top them with a 800 room hotel. But knowing how this city is scared of heights and probably be shorter than both Cleveland and Columbus

Cincinnati: Downtown: Convention Center / Hotel
Just spent the weekend in Columbus and noticed their new 34 story convention hotel. Definitely left me amazed how Columbus has came a long way in their urban core. I really hope Cincinnati has something up their sleeve for our future convention hotel

Cincinnati: Downtown: Development and News
Unless I read this wrong, he said he hopes to make a deal in 9 to 12 months and it will take a year to build. That doesn't make any sense especially when you have to demo the existing building. Also I know they haven't came up with the size of the tower, but if it only takes a year to build, it's going to be pretty small and short

Also the Greater Cincinnati Foundation building right across the street from the Textile building and right next door to Whex garage is completely vacant as of last week- Cincinnati: Downtown: Convention Center / Hotel
Question: Does the city own Whex garage? I was wondering will they tear it down or keep it if they own it. I work for building management at the Textile Building and the owners are in thought of using it for parking for the Textile Building renovations into Condos/Apartments in the next year or so- Cincinnati: Downtown: The Banks
GE building is 12 stories, so 180 Walnut will be taller by 3 stories- Cincinnati: Downtown: Convention Center / Hotel
Kansas City and Indianapolis are planning or building 800 room convention hotels in their downtown markets. KC is planning a Lowes Hyatt $310 million 20 to 22 story hotel tower and Indy is building I believe 2 hotels in one 38 story Signia Hilton tower. I really hope Cincinnati goes with the Indianapolis format on this project with the height at least. The west end of our skyline really needs something tall and special. But knowing Cincinnati they will propose I'm guessing something on the lines what KC is planning- Cincinnati: Downtown: Fourth & Race (Pogue Garage) Redevelopment

I can't wait for the CRANE ERECTION either lol. I got to get my head out the gutter- Cincinnati: Downtown: Development and News
I work in this building, and I know for sure the new owners are kicking out every tenant by November 2019. The new owners plan to convert the building from class C office to 12 stories of luxury apartments. Personally I think it's a bad idea , and I would convert the building to class B office imho- Cincinnati: Fountain Square: Development and News
I really hope it's taller than 40 stories whatever they put there. Cincinnati tends to build small or 10 to only 20 stories in the last 15 years( Outside of Great American Tower). 3CDC or however needs to think more office Class A or B multiple use tall structures in the CBD- Cincinnati: Downtown: 1010 On The Rhine / Downtown Kroger
I used to work security at the Kroger HQ. You would be amazed at how many people came into the lobby and thought there was a grocery in the building. It got to the point it was making me upset that people would even think that- Cincinnati: Downtown: Fourth & Race (Pogue Garage) Redevelopment
