Thank you for the info. I hope this project is 20 plus stories Just seems like Cincinnati is scared to build tall and to add to the skyline The town homes would be nice , and cover up the garage portion

I seen that this tower will be 15 stories tall. Is that 15 stories on top of a garage or just 15 stories in total

Anybody have any idea why they have Elm and 4th streets blocked off. I hope they are preparing to demolish the Pogue Garage. They have a lot of heavy equipment

I was hoping someone would push for an better design. The AC hotels in Miami and New Orleans have an much bolder design than The Banks. This is a prime location in Cincinnati that needs a bolder and bigger look. I did like the video concept

When is the date of demo of the garage. I work across the street from it, I hate looking at that thing. Can't wait for the rendering, just hope its not boring brown

I like this building, but are they going to do anything with the garage. It just looks awkward with a new shiny apartment building on top with an aged garage at the bottom

Heard some more complaints about this embarrassment of a hotel. Everybody in this city should be pushing Cranley to replace or fix up or convention hotel. Worst convention hotel in the country

I was thinking they could add 3 stories to the roof making it 20 stories. The first rendering had a decent size roof

Im not going to lie. I thought this building would be one of the ugliest structure in Cincinnati. I changed my mind after seeing it this morning while it was still dark. It's going to look great at night just wait and see. Beats a parking lot

I work at the Kroger headquarters. I seen alot of renderings of a urban Kroger store. Not saying this is for downtown or even for Cincinnati. But they are thinking urban and smaller

I work right on 12th and Vine where the new streetcar stop is being built on the northeast corner of the intersection. I would love to see a 10 to 20 story apartment tower with ground retail and a garage right there. What do you think
