Cleveland: Downtown: The 9 / Rotunda / County Admin Development
Browns pick Terrance West posted a picture on his instagram of moving into his new place. He's in the 9. Pretty high up as well. Good to see the younger sports players continuing to live downtown.

There will be an underground connection to the convention center.

They've been working through the night for some time now. Secondly, the temporary C of O will be Thursday. The expectation is that most work will be complete by the first regular season game. It will be done.

Westlake: Crocker Park
^HTS, I haven't been out there in a couple weeks, but I believe so. Panzica is building the garages. Walsh will be doing the AG HQ. EDIT: to add on to this, the parking garages are definitely further ahead than the HQ.

Westlake: Crocker Park
As much as I'd like this to be true, I just don't see it. In April, we bid on the AG project (and lost), and the award was made rather quickly because they needed to release steel for the building by May in order to stay on schedule. The bid went through AG, not Stark. The building's design has also been complete for some time now. To me, they are too far down the road to stop it now. Too much money invested. But anyways, the new parking garages are going up rather quickly. I really wish a restaurant would fill the empty corner left by Champs. It's been empty for some time now.

Thank you!!

Probably pretty good considering the expected purchase price of the land. You can't service a loan of that size with smaller revenue from a smaller development. But some financiers are going to be very hesitant unless Stark can get some big anchors lined up and can offer some valuable collateral. From Cranes: "Pietro said L&R set the price for the land high so that buyers would have to develop the sites vertically rather than continuing to operate it for parking." So, at the end of the day, thank you L&R?

^ correct HTS, the crane will be taller than the justice center, not the building itself. Sorry if that caused confusion!!
-
Cleveland: Downtown: Hilton Cleveland
I don't know! I'll have to ask. I won't be at the jobsite until early-August, so hold tight.

Cleveland: Downtown: Hilton Cleveland
It'll be slightly higher than the justice center in the picture above.

Cleveland: Downtown: Huntington Bank Field
Why would you say that? There's a lot of work that can be accomplished before the first preseason game.

Cleveland: Downtown: Hilton Cleveland
Just one crane. It's going to be built to around 6 stories or so initially, and then climb with the tower.

Cleveland: Downtown: Hilton Cleveland
I don't know if there's a technical name for it. It looks to be a hydraulic crane with a luffing jib.

Cleveland: Downtown: Hilton Cleveland
Correct. Tower crane is being set up this weekend, starting today.

Cleveland: Festivals, Music Concerts, & Events
It's on TV if your provider is anyone but TWC in Cleveland. It's on AXS tv. Bummed I can't watch it. On a side note, the CEO of AP said he was going to have it in Vegas but it worked out that he could have it in CLE because of the bands' concert schedules (most are on warped tour). It's a shame they wanted Vegas first, but glad they were able to make it work here (considering AP is headquartered here). Definitely hope it's an annual event, though the whole "Vegas thing first" has be skeptical.

Cleveland: Festivals, Music Concerts, & Events
I just saw this, but this is HUGE. As someone who listens to the metalcore/hardcore/punk genres, this is a pretty big deal with pretty big names. I'm bummed I didn't get tickets. Definitely all giddy looking at my instagram feed with all my favorite bands posting shots of the rock hall and Cleveland skyline while they are doing their rehearsal for tomorrow. Props to AP for showing some hometown love. Hope this is an annual event here in CLE and for the rock hall. This is the kind of stuff we need!!

Of course

Yeah, that's why it's a fast-tracked desin-build project... Crane is coming end of this month/early next. A lot of work needs to be done before a crane can show up.
