I heard that the CM estimating it blew the estimate, so it has caused some delays in order to try to get back to where they need to be.

Don't count on all of this project being dead just yet. I'm hearing rumors of a national retailer wanting to potentially take the ground floor. I don't know what that means for the rest of the building, but take it for what it's worth.

From today Edit: I'll have to upload them tomorrow or Sunday. It's not working through my phone. I was at the project today and took pics, mostly of views from the 32nd floor; not so much of the building itself.

^ agreed. That's an option that should be pursued more often when applicable, with this being a perfect opportunity.

Gensler also did the Browns phase 1 and 2 renovations, as well as BakerHostettler office renovations going on. I think their DC office handled the Baker designs, and their LA handled the Browns. I personally like a majority of their work, but I'm also not an architect lol

I have my doubts based on information that I can't really expose on here. But nonetheless, if they move forward with the way it's currently designed then great.

I googled Omens LLC and it appears to be a motorcycle club. There's some newspaper articles from the plain dealer and Cleveland scene as well. At least they have a pool (according to street view)!

^ if I'm not mistaken, the JNY is closing because the company is closing all of its outlet stores, and this location was considered that. I don't believe it was a safety issue or anything to do with the mall itself.
