  1. That's what I've heard as well. Hoping it works out. It would be nice to get rid of that lot.
  2. You're right ;) and since the concept drawings are on my desk, I think that may provide me a bit of an edge.
  3. This is for the Euclid Ave site. Expect it to go public in the very near future.

I heard that the CM estimating it blew the estimate, so it has caused some delays in order to try to get back to where they need to be.
  5. ^ yeah, I believe it was mentioned either up thread or in a photo thread of the tour. Were you on the tour? I was one of the folks giving the tour.
  6. Don't count on all of this project being dead just yet. I'm hearing rumors of a national retailer wanting to potentially take the ground floor. I don't know what that means for the rest of the building, but take it for what it's worth.
  7. ^but we are also losing a Phoenix flight
  8. From today Edit: I'll have to upload them tomorrow or Sunday. It's not working through my phone. I was at the project today and took pics, mostly of views from the 32nd floor; not so much of the building itself.
  9. ^ agreed. That's an option that should be pursued more often when applicable, with this being a perfect opportunity.
  10. ^ right. I think they can both succeed because they're both different in their own way.

Awesome shots! Captured many gems. Thanks for sharing.
  12. ^and I love how the CEO admits he lives in St. Louis and didn't really look at any potential analysis between the two cities. Another one bites the dust...
  13. Gensler also did the Browns phase 1 and 2 renovations, as well as BakerHostettler office renovations going on. I think their DC office handled the Baker designs, and their LA handled the Browns. I personally like a majority of their work, but I'm also not an architect lol
  14. I have my doubts based on information that I can't really expose on here. But nonetheless, if they move forward with the way it's currently designed then great.
  15. I love waking up on a Friday morning to a bad@$$ development proposal AND a park renovation on the riverfront. Amazing.
  16. ^agreed. I think it will go in some capacity, though I don't believe it will be built as originally designed. Just my thoughts.
  17. ^yeah, that's what came to my mind as well. I recall reading office space was going to be the first couple floors.
  18. ^^i was on the tour as well! Pretty interesting stuff.
  19. I googled Omens LLC and it appears to be a motorcycle club. There's some newspaper articles from the plain dealer and Cleveland scene as well. At least they have a pool (according to street view)!
  20. ^yeah, it fronts E18th and the alley
  21. ^ yes. Phase 2 will be an addition to the building. It's in design right now.

But ABJ is reporting its not true... We'll see.
  23. I might as well add one
  24. ^ if I'm not mistaken, the JNY is closing because the company is closing all of its outlet stores, and this location was considered that. I don't believe it was a safety issue or anything to do with the mall itself.
  25. ^correct. Elevator lobby windows.
