  1. Thanks for the responses. I know the name of the actual property owner. My situation is related to verifying his credit worthiness for a bid request that I put in for his LLC. I have not been able to reach his representative since our initial conversation on Friday and at this point I have determined that the offer was probably not legitimate due to his lack of response to both email and calls to the number provided. I found this site while google searching his name and it came up under some older forum post from 2005 regarding Cincinnati Slum Lords. I look forward to sharing here and appreciate again the quick response to my question.
  2. Good Morning. First I will apologize up front if this posting is a duplicate of another topic elsewhere on these forums. I am trying to find information pertaining to Cincinnati based Real Estate LLC's specifically those with issues regarding property management, lack of care, disrepair and citations that have been levied against them by the city and or the county. I operate a small family owned lawn care and landscape business and have been working with property owners to bring their properties up to a standard that is acceptable to the city and to prevent code violations. I am very cautious in accepting offers of work on properties and prefer to research the owners track record of payment to vendors as well as the number of violations that they have accumulated on their holdings. I tumbled on this site while searching the name of a property owner whose property I was asked to visit last week and to offer a quote for services. There was a notice from the city on the door and the name did not match the name of the business that contacted me. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
