While finishing touches are being made to the Cibreo Italian Kitchen, set to open in the former Bricco space during early September, restaurateur Scott Kuhn announces that he's raising the curtain on a second spot in the theater district. ... The 200-seat Cibreo will be located at 1438 Euclid Ave. The new restaurant, Rothschild Farms, will be set at 2033 East 14th Street, in the Hanna Building.
