This building is part of the Model Group's projects in Pendleton and will be low income last I heard. I would estimate they own about 20% of Pendleton buildings, including most of the 1100-1200 block of Broadway, which was supposed to begin transformation into 60+ market rate apartments this fall. Hopefully this is still the plan.

My thoughts exactly. The loss of Mayberry on Main leaves us with a diner, 2 pizza joints...and now a Subway on the Main/Sycamore St side of OTR. A world apart from the Race/Vine St side, not that that is a completely bad thing. At least its not another "convenience store"

Has anyone else noticed the construction in the commercial space of the Hamilton County owned garage on Sycamore? I've been curious since it started over a month ago and finally did some digging - according to cagis it looks as if OTR may be getting its first Subway.
