Thanks Ryan, the only reason I combined the two neighborhoods is because College Hill and Mt. Airy CDC's have a fiscal partnership together. Makes sense to be separate though

Hey everyone, College Hill & Mt. Airy have been dramatically growing in the last few years - thought it would be appropritate to start a form discussing their projects. Right now for College Hill the two biggest projects are Marlowe Court (5,000 square feet, $11.1 million investment, mixed use, 53 senior living apartments, Corner of Hamilton & Marlowe) and College Hill Station (12,000 square feet, 100+ apartments, mix used, corner of Hamilton & North Bend). Mt. Airy is working on the Mt. Airy Commons - it's a small 20 car parking lot and a beautiful pocket park located at 5536 Colerain Ave. Would love to answer any questions and provide more information on the developments!
