Is the project that was slated for the Warehouse district no longer a reality? If so, does this help or hurt nuCLEus?

I haven't posted in a looooong time on here, so I am almost a newbie again (using a new name)! For me, I would prefer to see a turnstile system (waist or fully upright) where you have to slide your card to get through (similar to NY or Chicago). In a perfect world, it would be nice to see people working the ticket booth at every station AND to see RTA police boarding trains once in a while instead of in patrol cars. I have seen them during high profile events on trains, but it would be nice to see them more often in stations or on trains (foot patrol) rather than driving around in cars where their presence isn't really felt.

I thought it was being built in Columbus...and plans for Cleveland were no longer a consideration?

I like the fact that things are being built, but siding once again? It seems that NE Ohio just can't break free of the siding mentality on new construction. I was recently in Columbus, which I haven't been to in some time, and took a stroll down Gay St. The townhomes I saw right near downtown were gorgeous! Brick with an actual front stoop. My wife, being born and raised in Queens NY agreed. It just looks so much nicer and urban. But then again, that is just my opinion.

The design is okay...just okay..IMO. I would love to see the city build some Queens or Brooklyn old style brownstones in this city. I love the front steps and the style. I guess modern seems to win out for some reason.
