Thanks for all the responses! I'll likely RTA downtown and walk or trolley to work. The only other place I considered was the Euclid Block Apartments on E4. I really liked the units, but I feel like I go out in OC way more than I go out downtown (and I loved the Merrell Lofts). I'm pretty sure I'm going to go with Merrell. The unit is getting remodeled right before I move in, so I'm pretty excited!

I really like the building and there's a unit opening when I move to Cleveland, but I'd like to get more information before signing. Can anyone comment on management, safety, the neighborhood (I know Ohio City is amazing, but more substantive answers are appreciated), traffic (on days other than Saturday), etc. For what it's worth, I'm 25, single, and I'll be working at a law firm downtown. This information was helpful, but it's pretty dated, and I'd love to hear what people think about the Euclid Block Apartments now. I'm a 24 year-old single male, and I'll be working downtown. I'm set on living on East 4th, and this building seems great. I would love to have a view of East 4th from my unit, but I'm concerned about noise. Any information about this building or other buildings on East 4th would be greatly appreciated . Thanks!

It's right next to the market, so I assume its relatively safe? I'm trying to decide between Ohio City (Merrell) and downtown (Hanna or Rosetta).

Any thoughts on the Merrell building?

Anyone have any information? I'm looking at downtown options, and I think I'm pretty sold on Rosetta.
