I went to check it out today. Unfortunately they only part they have worked on is the North side of the building and the sun was just above it so I didn't get any good shots.

Yes that first one is definitely Broad Street with industrial buildings where COSI and Vets Memorial are today. In fact if you look all the way on the right you see a railroad bridge that is still there today.
