  2. Clintonville is getting its first brewery. I couple of weeks ago I saw some concrete being poured at this High Street building but didn't think much of it. Today I walked past it though and noticed the sign in the window. I hope it is good. This will be very easy walking distance for me. :drunk: Lineage Brewing will open in 2015. Their website is here.

The manufacture welding products. They had a plant right next to that office building that was being demolished when I was there. Two cities in Miami County, Ohio a short distance north of Dayton. Tipp City has a population of about 10,000 and Troy, the county seat, has a population of about 25,000. I love these before and after sliders! Nice find!
  16. Wow, that is a lot of development for next year!
  17. It was well before I moved to Columbus, but I'm pretty sure there was a streetcar proposal between downtown and OSU that had made it pretty far in the planning stages before something killed it. Too bad too, because I agree that is the logical spot for a first line IMHO especially with how parking in the short north is going to become even more scarce.

Glad you got a pic while it was still there! The "Salvage Dawgs" from DIY Network via Roanoke, VA came and took this down about a year. Glad I did too. I think I've only gone down that street once so I didn't know it was gone. I took the picture late summer.

  20. A storage building is not something I would normally be excited about, but the Neighborhood Launch development has so far seemed to be high quality so hopefully this continues that record. I am glad it is a rather out of the way location. I also think the part about the wine storage is interesting.
  21. Glad to see all that development going on.
  22. Are they starting the parking structure already? I've used the parking lot to take photos of the Joseph Hotel before and when I went there 2 weeks ago saw it was closed and there was a crane being setup.

I'd like to know that too. It's pretty narrow for an industrial building. It is used as a warehouse now, but I don't know if that was always its use.
