  1. World of Beer has 2 Columbus locations (with a 3rd announced). I don't see why they couldn't open a second Cincinnati location at the Banks.

  6. The deconstruction of the Buggyworks addition.
  7. So I never heard weather that storage building proposal was approved, but I assume so because it is fenced off and there is drilling going on. Anyone know what the purpose of the drilling is?
  8. Work is going slowly on the Dennison Apartments addition. Should be finished in a couple of more years.

  10. Agreed!
  11. Glad to see they are going to try again. It may also be easier now that the pool is gone.
  12. I saw yesterday that they had cleared the site.
  13. I thought this was already mentioned somewhere but I couldn't find it. Also, it's not actually a restaurant. Roosevelt Coffeehouse opened today. It seems they opened immediately after they passed their final inspection so it certainly wasn't a grand opening. Roosevelt Coffeehouse is on Long Street across from the new Normandy Apartments.

  15. One updated shot

    Thanks for the update!
  17. I was on top of the Lazarus parking structure on Saturday and you see Orange Barrel Media's building pretty easily. The building in the foreground is COSI with Franklin Station just behind that.
  18. A few photos of Jeffery Park from last week and one from today (the last one).
  19. Battery B is nearly completed. I've posted plenty of pictures of the front, but here are a couple of the back. The parking lot side feels a little like a motel, but I like the variation in colors.
  20. The downtown Domino's is open now. I know that isn't very interesting, but what I thought was interesting was the fleet of Smartcars they have. I counted 6 of them.
  21. Looking close to done on the outside
  22. So when & where is the 11th anniversary meetup going to be?
  23. Conceptual plans approved to replace city’s busiest fire station I really don't think that site is as small as that guy is making it out to be. If they put the living quarters above the truck bays they would free up a lot of space.
