  1. Which we would already have, if it hadn't all sadly been torn down...
  2. I saw the window washers there today, working on the east side of the buidling.
  3. ^ I've watched that thing go up. It seems so much more substantial than most new build apartments. Lots of concrete. Lots of brick. Makes me wonder if they developers had condo conversion in mind at some point. Also makes me wonder why Geis' buildings look so cheap when they're building in the same market....
  4. Now that you say it, they do kind of have a Cinemark Valley View look....
  5. And it looks like they've planted actual shade trees along the street. Should be a nice stroll in a couple of years.
  6. Pre-Friday update. Heading out of town tonight....
  7. ^ Thanks for these. I feel like I really know the streets of Cleveland (apart from Slavic Village) and so many of these places are gone forever that it's depressing. I think we've torn down more than is still standing.
  8. Does anyone know why such a newer and undoubtedly expensive asset like STJ is so underutilized by RTA?
  9. I see the building is almost ready for Geis' trademark plastic panels.
  10. Library Lofts on 4/9/23. Slow going!
  11. Looks like we've got some foundation concrete laid for the paint museum building....
  12. Agree with all the comments, and would add that at least these don't look like they'll collapse in 20 years.
  13. Not sure if this is accurate, but I have heard that pic #2 illustrates a sinkhole repair.
  14. I had a nice chat with a business owner there, and the ground level businesses in PHS are sucking wind, big time. No one is in the offices there, and the apartments aren't remotely making up for the loss. "No one is coming in and slapping down an Amex for a party of 20. Instead its five kids here for happy hour."
  15. Friday update. Long overdue. I've been out of town for awhile.
