It looks like the file size is too large to upload. Does anyone know how to compress pdf's?

So in one of my Urban Planning classes at Miami, we were assigned to fixing connectivity issues. I chose this very problem. Attached is our Plan to create a much better version than what is on the "table" currently.

The Fiji's are still on campus but they live in their annex houses. However once the building is completed, they will be moving back in.

As well as the Quaker facade restoration, public art is being installed downtown. Local high school art students have painted benches and trashcans changing the brutalist feel of downtown. Also new LED lighting has been placed on the building which houses the "Welcome to Our City" sign. As a resident of New Philadelphia I see these small changes making an impact.
