I agree that workers and nonvacancy is always good, but a restaurant or shop would also add workers, and it would attract people. Keller Williams will attract some people, but it isn't any sort of destination. So while it is good, it could be better.

That is a bummer that Keller Williams is going there. I would have liked to see some retail/restaurant go there.
