I always heard growing up that owning a condo was a bad investment. I did buy one several years ago and also lived in it for quite a while. I've been lucky to have had no problems with renters. But when I'm ready to sale, I might run into some problems. And I do know people that have had a lot of problems with owning condos. But so far, I've been very lucky.

It's always about money......Great ideas, and things that make sense, never seem to get implemented because of money.
