I was told that the building that Dwellworks occupies was also built to support future vertical expansion. It's only hearsay but I was told 5-10 additional floors could be added. The steel columns in there looked as big if not bigger than ones I've seen in ground levels of 10 story buildings.

That's not 100% accurate. They have rooms in the tower but Lebron doesn't have a whole floor to himself. Kyrie is in there as well as Joe Haden and a few other notable players from what I heard.
