I work in the building, it has started.

I can confirm work has begun and it is very annoying. A lot of utility work it seems to be starting and HVAC.

A small update. Some sort of ceremony was held Tuesday after work hours in the lobby to celebrate the closing of financing. So maybe this is for real now.

I can confirm this as I saw it completed once I got off the bus this morning.

I believe was due to staffing shortages. Also, they left Galleria due to shocker, the horrible landlord of Erieview and Galleria.

I work in the building so I will report back as I see anything. All they have done lately in board up all the food court spots.

The lighting at night is awesome

I like the pushback on the South design and agree with moving forward. More brick and a unified cornice would definitely help bigtime and with more interest rate cuts coming there should be a good compromise here.

Still hoping to make it, but had some work deadlines come up with quarter end.

In the interim, a portion of the land of outside the Brook Park stadium will be used for parking lots but could be developed with parking garages to open up land for more hotels, restaurants, shops, health care facilities and multi-family housing. (Biggest thing I noticed in Kens article) Doubt this ever happens.

Im strangely ok with this because I think Brook Park is going to be an epic failure and all these fans excited for it will change their tune once they see the parking prices. I also think besides the before bar crowd downtown for games, downtown will not be as affected since most visitors will still stay downtown and enjoy downtown the day before and after games. Also the city is off the hook for funding and can focus on the river with Bedrock and that lakefront. At least Gilbert is focused on downtown.

The city's offer is fair and reasonable. If the Browns want Brook Park, fine, but good luck with the public/infrastructural funding with the county and city.

Sweet Pork Wilson's is awesome. Also, it has a very simple vibe and great ownership that is always there.
