Cleveland: Downtown: May Company Building
I really hope it is something "special" and not a TGI Fridays or something.

Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
I really hope this has some legs. I like the Prospect idea a lot.

Do you happen to know how long the project will take?

Avid Biker and Runner who loves the trails. I see your concern as well and that is an issue as well. I thought this was a temp closure though.

Cleveland: Downtown: The Beacon
Only going to be a slight delay on that at least compared to his Nucleus delay.

Cleveland: Downtown: The Centennial (925 Euclid Redevelopment)
I think the story of Millennia downsizing the office component means this building is about to start. Millennia has been super successful with residential and they know that market well. I think with their other projects wrapping up, it is time to tackle this last big empty building on Euclid.

Was just in the store downtown this Saturday. I will be back to get a winter coat, but the selection was great. I went right when they opened and there were about 10 people in the store,

Cleveland: Downtown: nuCLEus
Marty expanded on more to what I meant as it’s more relevant but good point. I think the office portion is the biggest hurdle for nucleus. I should have clarified my message more.

The renting market is much more saturated than the for sale condo market though.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
One 40 story tower with several mid rise around would be great though and thoroughly enhance downtown. I would love a skyscraper first and foremost also though.

I don't think Reallife would be involved, but amy be wrong.

See Franklin Circle, Hingetown Area, RTA land, and more coming. May not be your perfect development, but there are are mixed used areas being built. It would be nice to have for sale condos and hope to happen soon. This park will be a gamechanger for connecting Ohio city to the river front and improve the neighborhood massively. I believe I saw a prospective hotel was being proposed by Bookhouse Brewing but was working on finalizing financing as well.

That can happen right across the street and in the neighboring area. Also not sure how feasible those plans are in this land area.

Cleveland: Downtown: The Avenue District
Wasn’t saying they weren’t going to be good quality. Just like seeing the development building up quickly.
