I think the story of Millennia downsizing the office component means this building is about to start. Millennia has been super successful with residential and they know that market well. I think with their other projects wrapping up, it is time to tackle this last big empty building on Euclid.

Was just in the store downtown this Saturday. I will be back to get a winter coat, but the selection was great. I went right when they opened and there were about 10 people in the store,

Construction here is nice, but I miss the character of High Street when I was in school.

The renting market is much more saturated than the for sale condo market though.

See Franklin Circle, Hingetown Area, RTA land, and more coming. May not be your perfect development, but there are are mixed used areas being built. It would be nice to have for sale condos and hope to happen soon. This park will be a gamechanger for connecting Ohio city to the river front and improve the neighborhood massively. I believe I saw a prospective hotel was being proposed by Bookhouse Brewing but was working on finalizing financing as well.

That can happen right across the street and in the neighboring area. Also not sure how feasible those plans are in this land area.

Wasn’t saying they weren’t going to be good quality. Just like seeing the development building up quickly.
