Yeah would be very aggressive. Also the employee morale would probably be something to notice with all Valspar and current SW employees having to move to a new city. That would be some large labor costs.

I think if the Avenue condos sell fast, then this project will be on the fast track. So fingers crossed the demand is there for the Avenue project.

Yeah I think so. It would alleviate the hotel need currently. My onlky worry is the need for more convention space with the additional hotel room need filled.

Im good with the mid rises currently being presented for that area based on the current demand.

I think based on need for conventions the hotel would do well.
