There is one person obsessed with Burke and that's you and your ranting to yourself is getting old. This discussion is going nowhere besides the thread being locked over and over again. If you're so passionate about it, how about you start doing something about it. Go to the next meeting that discusses Burke options for the future and voice your reasons for why they should close. Posting on this forum won't take it anywhere.

Stark has been the exception on that front. But he did build the Beacon. Also I think Sherwin would have a much easier job getting the financing then a bully like Stark who keeps changing his needs.

In the long run it may prove to be an asset. Once sports betting is made legal in Ohio, that's a big added revenue stream for the casino and if Nucleus and the SW new HQ is built then business should be improved. I hope the tower city redo is correct. I appreciate what the casino did in helping the Higbee building come back to life.

May not be a bad thing. Then Bedrock can focus on the Tower city redo and more development around the casino.

I don't mind it as a good first step back into the condo market. If this does well, more to come.
