The city is currently updating the plan if the Browns leave as well. I do not see this stadium gaining big events either and Brook Park good luck with all your giveaways.

A lot of events happened lately most likely causing this. Curious to see if in a few weeks it has been treated and in much better shape.

Im 50/50 now due to a work meeting but hope to make it late.

This and the Edgewater Cafe being back and open has been great for me.

I think because Dan Gilbert and Bedrock have actually already done so much for the city already that Haslam has not.

Also the Bengals are patiently seeing where this goes.

Im with Matt above. The stadium may be playing homage to the industrial heritage, but it looks like a cluster&%**.

My biggest annoyance and miss is the lack of rooftop access. Rooftop access for a restaurant and the residents would make a killing with the views.

Luckily Juneberry is amazing and thriving. I think she will find a new space nearby soon and something will fill the space shortly.

Ya Im actually a die hard Chiefs fan and have been to many games there. Although I love the tailgating experience and going to the game, the rest is just downright awful.

I will post updates from above in the development thread as I see noticeable change. One pro I guess of working in Erieview tower.
