I work in this building and all I can see are some lightbulbs have been put in and they are repairing the Galleria posts at a snails pace on outside.

I should be able to make it finally to one of these, but depends on how quickly the work day wraps up with monthly close fun.

I graduated 10 years ago and cannot believe how boring High St is now. There is zero character, and the Crocker Park/Easton comparison is 100% true.

Brick and Barrel is chill too and not usually too busy. Outdoor bookhouse is a good option as well.

They should just have the entrance come from the parking lot and not destroy a historical building so they can have a venue walkway. So so dumb.

So AEG is who wants to destroy the Center building for this. Now Im rooting against this venue if they want to keep destroying the Center building. Just revamp it with this and have a really unique space.

Im guessing this is a play by AEG to support west bank when Jacobs is closed for the season. I just hope we can eventually get some housing infill here soon. It could be a cool neighborhood with the new entertainment options coming.

I work in Erieview and a lot of employees already park nearby due to cost of Galleria lot.

The development train is about to get rolling. RTA time to sell off that prime TOD land to developers.

These are great food news! Condado will be an awesome addition there even though not my favorite. I am just happy that beautiful corner space will be filled and add immediate activity to that space.

I just started going into the office 5 days a week. As you would expect Tuesday through Thursday it is quite busy downtown. Monday it is dead and Friday it is quiet until later in the day due to concerst, sports, plays, etc.

Probably one of more exciting agendas in a while. A lot of game changes in process right here.

Thats where Bibee, Williams, and Allen step in. Need to trade our depth of pitching since we are the best in MLB at developing it while weak at devloping hitting. You trade your strength to improve on your weakness. The team wasn't going anywhere this year anyways and Civale has constantly been hurt so I think the idea is you are trading at peak value like we have done with prior pitchers lately which have been mostly great trades.

The Galleria is horrfic. Our offices are ok, but the lobby and landscaping are so date and not well maintained. It feels like nothing has been done to the space in forever.

I started a new job and work in this building now and wow I hope some of this comes to fruition. The one positive is seeing the daily work at 45 Erieview.

Yes, completely different group. The Edisons group (who runs the 117th one) that closed prior in Tremont I believed were pushed out by the pub/building owner. The new operation is run by the pub owner and the old owners were supposed to open a new location in Tremont nearby, but not sure if that is happening anymore.
