Rumors are they may not be opening a Tremont location again, which will be a big bummer. Luckily, I live in Lakewood.

Ran by this place the other day and had no idea what it was. Found one cleveland.com article and website. I will say their website is already massively improved from what it was a week ago. Plan to go in this week for dinner.

The dumbest thing they did was tint the windows and have poor signage indicating it was open. I only went once and they had a lock on the door that was barely open and was very awkward once I went in. A business can thrive there and hopefully since it was redone recently a new concept can make minor enhancements and go from there.

Im hopeful there will be a peaked interest on giving funding due to the park being built down the street as well.

I can't even understand how they will force companies to do this.

A legit hotel I think would do very well in Lakewood as discussed.

Makes sense since it seems like one of the few gas stations like it in the area left so the mechanic had to be doing something right.

Awesome, that gas station has seen better days and I am sure the owner got paid handsomely.

The walk up window for slices Geracis is going to have is such a great idea for lunch crowd and events. Hopefully they are open later.

I get that with those places closing, but like you said all are being redone and will open in future.

Parkmobile runs the meters in Lakewood too. They all take coins and credit cards and your first 30 minutes are free. Not sure if the 30 mins will be free here since it’s a city meter and not a suburb.

I should still be able to make it, but work is having other thoughts. Auditors driving me crazy.

Ive heard the landlord is being a pain on that properly for Cleveland Bagel.

They got some lease discounts for sure for that move. I have worked in both buildings and North Point a significant downgrade from EY tower.
