Columbus: Downtown: Lower.com Field / Astor Park
You both have a pride in your cities. You started the bashing of Cinci in this thread causing 646 to come in. You cannot deny that. 646 has every right to defend the selection as you have every right to critique it.

Most excited about that restaurant space as that has been an eyesore for too long.

Cleveland: Festivals, Music Concerts, & Events
I went Saturday and there were some good and not as good performances. My favorites were Third Eye Blind and Shaed. It was a great festival and put on well by the promoters.

Cleveland Guardians Discussion
This is an incorrect take. The front office is one of the best in baseball and their record in the Tito era shows that. The ownership has always been the real issue.

Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
With more apartments being leased in Terminal Tower and the SW HQ and old HQ most likely to be redone into apartments this feels like a perfect storm to have this plan work.

Cleveland: Downtown: East 4th Street Developments
Already starting to bounce back. Greenhouse and is being worked on by a new spot coming in the fall and Goma that replaced Chinato is now open. That leaves Lola. Zocalo is staying open it seems but wont be as busy so I would prefer it close for a new concept. It had a great run.

Columbus: OSU / University Area Developments and News
WindyBuckeye replied to CMH_Downtown's post in a topic in Central & Southeast Ohio Projects & ConstructionShort North still has character and is unique. High Street by campus is cookie cutter and the same as any other big university or suburban strip. I understand that is more for future parents of students, but it is rather disappointing.

Suburban Cleveland: Development and News
WindyBuckeye replied to buildingcincinnati's post in a topic in Northeast Ohio Projects & ConstructionAs someone who works for a similar firm. I think it’s hilarious this is their move to lure promising talent and will only help my employer and others located in the city.

Cleveland: Housing Market
My experience from looking for a house over the last month or so, there are some insane offers being made edging myself out. All cash close to 400k being made which is wild.

I vote Magellan proposal

Cleveland: Ohio City: Development and News
The Georges are clowns. This is all a ploy to get more money out of the city. This should only help the city's case that the fact that this proposal was only submitted after a zoning change and this so call plan is from years ago. Everyone can see what they are trying to pull here.

Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
The site is too small for an NFL stadium. Also I can see the Dolans selling in 2-3 years as well.

Ohio Designated Outdoor Refreshment Areas (DORA / Open Container)
So annoying we don't have any yet. East 4th, West 25th, West 6th, and Lee Rd would all be good ones to start.

This is what I could find. https://readysetcoffee.com/ I also only see trademarks for the name together.

Cleveland: Housing Market
Cash buyer has full amount in banking/investment in my experience thus far.

Cleveland: Housing Market
Yes we went 25k over and thought we made a strong offer and had a good chance, but I have limits to buying a home dealing with an appraisal screwing you down the road.
-
Cleveland: Housing Market
No idea, but similar situation for me and my girlfriend. A house we just put a strong offer on in Lakewood went for 50k above ask and 50% down.
-
Cleveland: Housing Market
Currently looking for a home in the Cleveland area and it is a pain. I have made several strong offers, but get beat by over the top either majority cash offers or significantly over asking where it doesn't even make sense.

Ohio General Assembly
Will be one heck of a tourist attraction for both sides for different reason.

2022 U.S. Senate Race
That is ok to believe, but the main reason they were all there angry on Jan 6 was plenty to do with Trump and his post election tantrums.
