Exactly, now I'm only happy SW isn't developing all of the lots and I'm hopeful some legit developers take advantage and bring some exciting mixed us developments to be built right by the new HQ building. The COE building is so lame I can't even.

I don't mind the glass that much as it is something Cleveland is lacking in the skyline. However, I would like it to have a little more character than just a box.

Resident Chiefs fan here, best of luck Browns fans! If the Chiefs lose, I'll definitely be happy it is to the Browns and hop on the bandwagon. Also can confirm Cinci fans are the worst I've ever dealt with.

I did this at the 9 last year and had a great time with the various restaurants and bar nearby. Also the 9 has the vault which has a great old fashioned.

The combo of Irishbend Park, Canal Basin park, and the Red Line greenway all coming together over the next few years will be amazing and spur so much development.
