  1. Heard recently that blocks B/C of the District are now being developed by Parallel. I believe it is this group.
  2. And that Ohio State is the only big University in the state.
  3. Lazarus shared some info a while back. Adriatico's owner is building a new structure for the restaurant with an outdoor beer garden. Then they're going to rent out existing location to a different tenant.
  4. https://wedge1.hcauditor.org/view/re/1000003001000/2024/summary Seems like maybe Mr. Tuxedo finally caved?
  5. Yeah at some point I just gave up lol. The former Saks Fifth Avenue building is going to be completed before we even get a brand name.
  6. Like what are we doing here? Cosm (or a similar venue) seems like it would be a great year-long attraction to the banks. "
  7. I can see it now. "Traffic is a nightmare Highland Ave, we need more lanes!"
  8. I would hope so. And it's next to DAAP. We will see though, I've heard that it won't be very vertical and that area is somewhat hidden without any height.
  9. Yeah the $650 million they requested adds up to the amount listed for the entire project so makes sense.
  10. That makes no sense, unless they don't plan to keep the other location long-term.
  11. Yeah I really don't understand the need for a separate volleyball arena.
  12. The depth perception here is really throwing me. It almost looks like College of A&S Building is on Calhoun/McMillan. Pretty cool.
  13. Or a crown for the queen city
  14. Putting the logo right over somebody is hilarious
  15. We haven't seen site plans yet, have we?
  16. We actually had friends come in town for the aquarium a few years back from Indy, and they just spent the weekend in Covington/Newport.
  17. Agreed. 10/10 if I need a quick stop before going to work I'm stopping at the Walgreens or Kroger first. Maybe these sites could be available for that potential tru by Hilton that they discussed in the Kroger lot.
  18. I wonder how much longer that CVS & PNC Bank will last.
  19. Hopefully the McMillan/Vine/Auburn mega block and the next phase of the district.
  20. Also it's not that unusual to have the cutouts. Just look at Indiana's stadium...
  21. UC had the ability exercise the option in the contract and chose not to do so. Those seats were not premium, they were average at best in the corners, and sideline seats were awful. It was +/- 1200 of the hardest to sell seats in the house. They also helped pay for the new video board.
