So first up is the luxury student housing (A1) correct? I believe that also had a rooftop pavilion at a much higher level of course. Should be some great views from there.

If you did something with Hard Rock, is that enough of an "anchor" so to speak to help make it manageable? They could fill that thing with content throughout the year including event esports.

Rumor that Gomez Salsa is taking over the former Casa Figueroa in PR. The space is really perfect for them.

I'm not sure on event spaces. I'm sure they would prefer to have some event/conference space. Staffing alone would likely need more space then what the YMCA has to offer.

Maybe they're waiting to see what happens with the Law building knowing that's their preferred location.

That's fair. I gotta believe if it's going to be an alumni center, there's going to have to be more to it. Maybe an add-on to west?

As we enter the Big 12, we're going to see a lot of people visiting (from other Big 12 schools) to the tune of probably 2k-3k per game. That number has been <400 for most AAC schools.

As somebody who walks down varsity way every day (athletics), thank GOODNESS. The constant filling of asphalt into the missing brick spots has looked terrible.

I'm very curious what the plan is for all of those parcels they own around this development. The east plot can be another development easy, but those individual ones are interesting if they aren't trying to consume them all.

Would love to total up the amount of investments on campus in the last 10-15 years. Don't even have to include the surrounding area to reach a pretty significant number.
