Cincinnati: CUF / Corryville: Development and News
As somebody who works on campus and in athletics, I can definitely attest to us already being there IMO.

Cincinnati: CUF / Corryville: Development and News
Happy with the level of density that's going to help this stretch. https://www.google.com/maps/@39.1277296,-84.5174211,3a,75y,104.96h,99.39t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1szg5YM0LypvhBvHwFYIgOuQ!2e0!7i16384!8i8192 Next up is the corner of Auburn/McMillan hopefully and someday that grassy hill lot.

Yeah? Well that's just like, your opinion, man...

Cincinnati: Downtown: The Banks
As anticipated, it was a little cramped. I could tell there were a lot of people without a decent view (normal I suppose?). We managed to land a good spot right at the start of the hill. I think the venue did a wonderful job from start to finish, especially with it being the first event. Foo Fighters crushed it as expected as well. Venue is pretty sweet!

I'll be there. A little worried but we will see.

Cincinnati: Hyde Park: Development and News
We won't have any sun now with this tower blocking it!

Cincinnati: Mt. Auburn: Development and News
Obviously wouldn't need all of that space, probably more towards the east side of the land.

Cincinnati: Mt. Auburn: Development and News
One thing to keep in mind here. Could be a landing spot for UC's indoor football facility in a couple years.

Cincinnati: CUF / Corryville: Development and News
I noticed that the old YMCA was fenced off as well but never heard anything. Does anybody know if that's just due to the Calhoun reno or something else?

Cincinnati: Downtown: The Banks
I've seen 7k-8k but not sure how accurate that is. I'll be at the FF show and am very curious to see how things shake out.

Cincinnati: Downtown: The Banks
Well, ICON is certainly starting off with a bang.

Cincinnati: University of Cincinnati: Development and News
I've often heard recently this area that UC is expanding into as the "Super Square" I think. Clifton to 71, Med Campus to McMillan.

Blue Ash: Development and News
Some early conceptual designs presented from Circle Development. As expected, Blue Ash residents not happy about the possibility of more apartments. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/qu3xsqmub00zvr9/AABIBm9LsGxX7iKYPV8yqyxZa?dl=0&preview=CDC_BlueAsh-20210408.pdf Additional Info: https://www.blueash.com/news_detail_T2_R769.php?fbclid=IwAR3Da9uFagGocn5fRr9bjJpPsH_mOyGlEJgoVzq3z50ulsGTW7IEh2xEgs0

Looks like they added a 5/3rd more signs (I'm so sorry I'll leave now).

Cincinnati: Oakley: Development and News
Every time I drive by the strip where Jason's Deli is on edwards facing away from the street, I can't help but cringe.

Cincinnati: CUF / Corryville: Development and News
Do we have their full timeline on the entire scope of the project? Is the plan to build this out first or is other plans coming soon for other parts of this development?

Last I heard the goal is over 60k

Gonna bet the student-athletes will either be getting this one or the deacon when they ultimately build their new facility down the hill.

Cincinnati: Downtown: Development and News
One of my favorite projects in quite some time. What a transformation.

Blue Ash: Development and News
Yeah I'm curious to see what's next for that corner and if the old bowling alley is included. Prime piece of property.

Cincinnati: CUF / Corryville: Development and News
Shouldn't all of the new "districts" and populated areas around campus being created help these issues?
-
Cincinnati: CUF / Corryville: Development and News
I think it's going to be better than what's going to happen with Calhoun Hall. From the renderings it doesn't look like they're making any effort to engage with Calhoun Street at all.
