Really interested to see how this plays out. Now with the talks of House of Blues possibly coming along with Hard Rock, how many of these venues are going to be competitive?

Any time you found a Hard Rock Cafe, you knew there was a Planet Hollywood, Nascar Cafe or a Nascar Speedpark nearby.

So essentially they want their own Liberty Center?

Looks like there was a RFP out for the new boat dock. Like mentioned before, hopefully they do some work around it to make it more appealing at ground level.

I can't help but chuckle when you have all these parking lots but then the Olive Garden is situated facing the road. Looks so stupid when compared to everything else back there..
