Indianapolis-based developer Milhaus plans to build a $77 million, 344-unit apartment building near the Ohio River downtown, along with a 390-space garage, a project known as Artistry Cincinnati. “Artistry will offer the best of all aspects of Cincinnati urban living – close proximity to the city’s best employment center and entertainment districts, all while being in a quiet location along the beautiful Ohio River Trail” said Jake Dietrich, MIlhaus’ development director. The mixed-use development at 601 Pete Rose Way also will have 8,000 square feet of commercial space. Curtain Rises on Ovation After 13 years of delays, Corporex is kicking off a $1 billion mixed-use project over 25 acres that is expected to transform Newport. It won’t be long before work on Ovation is visible. Corporex plans to strip the asphalt off the lot at West Fourth and Columbia and recycle it for a temporary construction lot. Couple updates on this place. All the signs are up for the most part for both the Whole Foods Market as well as the Envision Cinemas that was announced a few years back. As somebody who ran the ticket sales department for UC athletics, we definitely felt the impact from FCC. It also didn't help that we were struggling right through their growth.

According to latest planning commission packet, the DAAP annex is NOT going on the corner, instead it will sit back further west and will have to access it from riddle road. As somebody who grew up in Norwood, they have a lot of work to do in a lot of areas but sadly I don't think they really care.

Gotta think this would only benefit music fans. A little competition never hurt. Unfortunately it might hurt places like Bogarts.

Can't forget concerts and events downtown. We had family in town for Jason Aldean downtown a few months back and they stayed at the Renaissance, and the place was slammed for either people going to the concert or in town for weddings.

If I recall correctly, the Clifton Court Hall building is partially going to house all of the displaced faculty/staff out of Crosley tower before it's torn down.
