  1. Some progress pics of the Hotel Celare (November open) and the Luxury Student Housing (by Fall I would assume?)
  2. Doesn't seem like the actual pro shop is a part of this development (contrary to that rendering) but I do wish they would put some money back into the golf course itself.
  3. I will say the field suites we built at Nippert have been very successful but that's more about the location than the amenities.
  4. Something weird about this. Looks like they had a bunch of health code violations back in November.
  5. Frustrating that they can't add a sidewalk on that side of Red Bank.
  6. Those last two buildings on McMillan look so out of place when driving by. Curious how close they are to acquiring them.
  7. Ah, the way it was abbreviated led me to believe that's what they were naming the project. Makes sense
  8. Drove by today and noticed a relatively new sign from Neyer labeling this project "47 WHT"
  9. Looks to be in the Kenwood Collection, where restaurants never last.
  10. Based on the February CUF newsletter, there's an affordable housing development in the works from 2309-2329 Vine Street. Here's a blurb:
  11. I've been wondering about this space as well. That whole area is such a weird in-between space in the middle of PR, Norwood and Oakley. Would be a good spot for a nice mixed-used development I personally think.
  12. Speaking of demo, folks on campus got a notice that the old College of Law building will start coming down in the next week or so.
  13. I wonder how the people at the Banks feel about all of this. While Heritage Bank isn't very good, it's still pulling events and foot traffic to their bars/restaurants.
  14. "No we don't want to prioritize the streetcar expansion to NKY" (same breath) "We need more convention space!"
  15. Drove by this today and was surprised to see that they are just about finished with leveling the entire building. edit: Should clarify that I was referring to 121 E McMillan St.
  16. Four proposed locations Three financing options suggested Two pro sports league tenant possibilities and one arena inevitably built by TQL Stadium
  17. Are there renderings for this project anywhere? Looks like they're starting to move some ground so I assume they are progressing forward.
  18. Very exciting to see that they can salvage the larger building (green) for apartments and have room for more development. I hope they consider repurposing that small front lot as a way to connect the park across the street but that might be wishful thinking lol.
  19. Yeah you're probably right, I remember reading concert venue but looks like the actual plans say "entertainment space". It sucks for places like Bogarts (I know it's smaller) when you plan to have 4+ venues with a smaller capacity.
  20. Maybe this will have them reconsider or ditch the music venue
  21. Residents probably just using that as an excuse instead of their real concern (traffic).
  22. Unless this BSB plan gets reworked significantly, I don't see how an arena could work on this site. You realistically only have one public entrance (on the east side) with three sides being on-ramps or interstates making it hard for any type of loading dock, etc. The one to left in this pictures is a little better, but not connected to the convention center and still a tough layout.
  23. I'm not convinced this isn't just public posturing from the City.
  24. It's not my area of expertise but I just see no way how this city can support another pro sports team with 3 already. And that's not to mention the three colleges (one of which is now a P5 program and another that's a strong basketball school).
