  1. The Warehouse District thread is closed, so I’m putting this here... Let me just say, what an odd concept.
  2. I was curious about the block club comments (because you know how they can be), and it was approved by them before October of 2018‼️. Which unfortunately is before my time so I can’t find them ?
  3. It also appears Knez has begun construction of The Nikolai at the SE corner of 38th and Clinton.
  4. Traffic across the state has decreased 30-40%. I know that has led to some places being more lenient with traffic control than they normally would be. ODOT has started to delay projects already...I assume gas tax receipts are expected to drop dramatically (as are all tax incomes).
  5. I work in Public Works. I know as of last Thursday Cleveland was canceling all public meetings. The Ohio Senate just passed a bill officially allowing electronic public meetings so hopefully that will clear things up. The State has been moving forward with all construction and has no intention of ordering a stop. There have been grumblings of supplier disruptions but nothing widespread as far as I've heard.
  6. I know many at City Hall are working from home. I don’t understand why that should stop reviews though...
  7. I did not see this coming ?
  8. @lafont Fulton and Franklin will be the spokes on the new roundabout when completed. The work on Franklin is not included in this project and as far as I’m aware there is no current timeline for that work to be completed.

I mean, now it’s all of them.

They have to get FDA certified and from the sound of recent news articles, unnecessary red tape (and in my opinion CDC ego) has been getting in the way. ‪https://nyti.ms/39SdV3K ‬
  11. ^thats a great idea. Never understood why anyone would want to park there when they cram you in bumper to bumper anyway.
  12. Meanwhile, Cle.com is using Republican propaganda terms in their articles
  13. Another sad and upsetting day for Cleveland, and announcing it during the COVID-19 press conference no less.
  14. ...unfortunately ? Justin Bibb said it best:
  15. Jacobs selling air rights is very interesting to me in this context. I guess if people bite it’s the smart thing to do though.
  16. That was my exact first thought! You want someone else to build all these things when downtown already has them. SMH...
  17. Surprised no one has mentioned this yet https://bleacherreport.com/articles/2877970-espn-cleveland-suspends-tony-grossi-for-calling-baker-mayfield-f-king-midget
  18. I don't agree with the sentiment, but there is a faction of probably disproportionately loud residents who don't want this development. It’s hard to fault a council person for having this opinion too if that’s what he’s been hearing from constituents.
  19. C’mon @YABO713 we’ve all seen you walking down the street
  20. I’m not sure why, but apparently it’s a thing?
  21. @KJP I’m not sure if that’s an old map or what, but I live in Ward 3 which is parts of Downtown, Ohio City and Tremont ?
  22. They’re pretty excited about that architect choice though.
  23. Maybe the city can start by updating their website from 1994.
